Prof. Rafał Krenke, MD, PhD

Dear colleagues,
Since 2007, the Department of Transplantology, Immunology, Nephrology, and Internal Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw has been organizing the Practical Course of Transplantology.
The course is intended for physicians of various specialties who take care of organ transplant recipients in centers across Poland. These include representatives of both surgical specialties (such as cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, liver surgery, and thoracic surgery) and internal medicine disciplines (such as nephrology, cardiology, internal medicine, infectious diseases, pulmonology, and pediatrics).
The upcoming 12th edition of the event, titled ‘How to avoid multi-problems in multi-transplantations’, is scheduled for March 21-22, 2025.
This year’s course will focus on the care of patients after retransplantation or multi-organ transplantation, reflecting the increasing number of such recipients.
We look forward to another fantastic meeting.
We invite you to participate and hope to see you in Warsaw!
